Formula 1 teams are to blame for the lack of excitement according to Formula E boss Alejandro Agag. Agag, founder of the all-electric rival series to F1, believes having the involvement of teams, each with their own interests, in creating rules and regulations will always end in a compromise which won't ever deliver what's needed.
