Lance Stroll is preparing to race at his home Grand Prix of Canada for the first time in a Racing Point and he believes the race brings a welcome opportunity for the team to put in a good performance. Stroll has had a difficult start to life at Racing Point after joining from Williams, with the Canadian scoring only four points in six races so far this season. Meanwhile his teammate Sergio Perez is up in ninth in the Drivers' standings. Stroll finished 17th at his home Grand Prix last season but is hopeful in his new Racing Point car that will yield a different, more positive result.
