Guenther Steiner on Renault: "Can they win? It doesn't look it"

Haas boss Guenther Steiner has criticised Renault and their business models and believes that with their current set up they are never going to win. Renault have really been struggling this year after finishing the 2018 season as 'best of the rest.' Steiner believes that Haas have outperformed them despite having less resources and money and doesn't see Renault improving any time soon.   "It is already a challenge for a team like us, who are competing against that top three teams - that have something like 30% more resources than we have," Steiner said to Autosport.
