Leclerc could force Vettel to find 'new level' says Horner

Sebastian Vettel's former team boss Christian Horner believes that Charles Leclerc's move to Ferrari could push the German to a 'new level.'   Many fans and pundits believe that Leclerc will really pressurise Vettel for the number one spot at Ferrari, but Horner believes that this pressure will be good for Vettel.
