Williams team principal Claire Williams believes that some of the major reasons for their poor performance in the 2018 Formula 1 season have been addressed, but insisted the team are still a "work in progress" as they attempt to produce a competitive car for 2019. Historically, Williams are one of the most successful teams in the history of F1, with only Ferrari having won more constructor's championships.
