Ericsson wants Leclerc to "kick some ass" in his first season at Ferrari

Marcus Ericsson will be watching from the stands this season after missing out on a full-time seat in 2019. He says he will be supporting Charles Leclerc and hopes his former Sauber teammate will "kicks some ass" at Ferrari. Leclerc, just 21, moves into the Ferrari seat after just one full season in Formula 1. Ericsson experienced Leclerc's eye-catching debut year in the Sauber and believes he has the talent required to do some damage in the Ferrari car. "I would be very interested to follow Charles at Ferrari. I think he can do really well, already next year. And of course if he does really well there it would reflect good on me, so let’s hope he kicks some ass over...
