Ferrari boss Maurizio Arrivabene says his team need to change mentality over the winter break. As we move into 2019, he asks his team members to "swap mentality from a fighter to a winner" in order to beat Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes. At times, Ferrari dominated last season in the pace and performance departments. But crucial mistakes from all parties ended their chances. With a lot of work focused on the car side of things, Arrivabene suggests the team need to change mentally as well. “[We need] the habit to win.
