Toro Rosso explains Kvyat 'octopus' issue

– Toro Rosso has explained that Daniil Kvyat's "octopus" comments during practice for the Japanese Grand Prix were related to tyre degradation.As he worked through longer runs in Friday's first practice session at Suzuka, Kvyat shouted, "Oh no, the octopus is back!", over the radio.Kvyat, after surviving a full 360 degree spin early in FP2, ended the opening day 14th overall, four spots down on team-mate Carlos Sainz Jr.Chief Race Engineer Phil Charles discussed Kvyat's issue after practice."This is actually something which has visited him before in a race in 2014," said Charles."It gave quite a high level of confusion back then when he said there...
