Daniel Ricciardo has welcomed the fact that his Red Bull bosses have gone public and confirmed that he is committed to the team until the end of 2018. Although the Australian had been linked with other teams – especially Ferrari – over recent months, his original deal at Red Bull meant he was locked into his current outfit as long as he was performing.
