Formula 1 must wait a few more days to find out about future engine rules, after a much heralded vote on changes was unable to go ahead on Tuesday because not enough people were present at a key meeting. The Strategy Group and F1 Commission met at Biggin Hill hoping to sign off a raft of changes to the regulations aimed at making cars faster and mapping out engine rules to bring costs down and performance closer.
