Rosberg unhappy with second place

Australian Grand Prix – A disappointed Nico Rosberg conceded that team-mate Lewis Hamilton 'did the better job' after being beaten to pole position. Following Ferraris decision not to run in the final moments of qualifying, the Mercedes drivers were locked in a final showdown for pole position. Rosberg's second lap in Q3 was only good enough for second place, but a time improvement for Hamilton meant the gap increased to one-quarter of a second between the two drivers. Speaking after qualifying, Rosberg admitted that he was unhappy to be beaten, but was pleased to see the advantage enjoyed by the team today.
