Sainz and Verstappen officially confirmed for 2016

Toro Rosso have now officially confirmed that Carlos Sainz and Max Verstappen will compete for the team in the 2016 season. Today's news that Toro Rosso will return to Ferrari power for 2016 has also seen the confirmation of their two young drivers for next season, despite their positions within the team never really being in doubt. The situation regarding Red Bull's future involvement in the sport was the main delay in confirming their 2016 drivers, as both Red Bull Racing and Toro Rosso sought after power units for next year.
