Alonso encouraged after achieving objective

– McLaren driver Fernando Alonso says he was satisfied to achieve his pre-race objective by finishing the Bahrain Grand Prix, albeit again outside of the points.Alonso started from 14th position and made progress to claim 11th, narrowly missing out on securing McLaren's first points of the season."We weren't quite fast enough to get into the top 10, but we finished the race and got a bit more valuable experience with the car, which had been our main objective," said Alonso.Alonso believes that McLaren must make improvements before the next race in Spain after team-mate Jenson Button was unable to start."Everything worked fine on my side of the garage, but unfortunately...
