Vettel: Ferrari could have been closer Mercedes

Nico Rosberg set quickest time ahead of his teammate Lewis Hamilton in the second practice session for the Bahrain Grand Prix GP. Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen was third best ahead of teammate Sebastian Vettel. Both were more than half a second behind Rosberg. Following the Friday both practice Sebastian Vettel says that, he could have been closer Rosberg if his flying lap had been clean and he is not ruling out victory on Sunday.
