Sebastian Vettel has revealed that Red Bull won't allow him to test for Ferrari next week, despite initially agreeing to the proposal. Vettel will move to the Italian marque next season and it was hoped that he would take part in the post-Abu Dhabi test session next week as a Ferrari driver.
