Vergne says he understands Verstappen decision

style="margin: 0px; font-family: Helvetica;">   SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS, 21st August, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Jean-Eric Vergne says he is not annoyed that he will lose his drive at Toro Rosso at the end of the season.    Earlier this week Toro Rosso announced that Max Verstappen will join the team in 2015 to race alongside current driver Daniil Kvyat, leaving Vergne without a seat.    The Frenchman said he understood the team's decision and they were giving Verstappen the opportunity the same way they gave him an opportunity three years ago.    "they are giving the chance to Verstappen the same way they give me a chance three years...
