Raikkonen cautious about apparent progress
Sutton Images Enlarge Kimi Raikkonen says it is too early to know whether his fourth place during Friday practice for the German Grand Prix represents a step forward. Raikkonen has struggled with his Ferrari at recent races, but looked quicker during FP2 in Hockenheim, roughly 0.5s off the pace of Mercedes. However, he is not convinced that his problems are behind him just yet. "Overall, it's been a reasonably positive day, but it's still to early to make any predictions," he said.
