Vergne looking to continue good form
Jean-Eric Vergne says he is looking for another good showing at Silverstone in two weeks' time, after achieving his highest ever finish in F1 in Canada. The Toro Rosso driver finished sixth in the 2013 F1 Canadian Grand Prix on Sunday, after qualifying in an impressive seventh. But the Frenchman admits that despite it being a strong result for himself and the team, the focus must now switch to repeating the same at the British Grand Prix: “This is an important result, it shows we are doing a good job, especially at the factory,” Vergne said. “It gives everybody in the team a shot of confidence and that includes me.
