Webber blames van der Garde for clash

Mark Webber believes that Giedo van der Garde was at fault for their collision during Sunday afternoon’s Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal, with the pair coming together while the Red Bull driver attempted to put a lap on his Caterham rival. On the run down to the hairpin on Lap 37, van der Garde appeared to chop in front of Webber while blue flags were being waved, leaving the Australian with front wing damage and stewards with little choice but to dish out a stop-go penalty.
