Perez: 'no reason to apologise'
Sergio Perez hit back at his critics in Bahrain with a brave and boisterous drive but it didn't go down well with his team-mate Jenson Button.
During the race Button told McLaren Team Principal Martin Whitmarsh over team radio to 'calm him down' after Perez made contact with his car whilst battling with him.
His more experienced team-mate slammed his driving for being too aggressive despite pushing Perez off the circuit himself.
There were reports circulating that suggested that the Mexican apologised after the incident, but Perez has now confirmed that he in fact did not. He told N 'I think that the criticism took place right after the end of the race,'
