EXPLAINED: What are the key technical challenges of the Hungaroring?

Formula 1 heads to the Hungaroring this weekend for the final race before the summer break, with one of the calendar's most technically demanding circuits expected to place a premium on aerodynamic efficiency, tyre management and race strategy. Unlike last weekend's power-sensitive Spa-Francorchamps, the Hungarian Grand Prix presents a very different engineering challenge. The tight and twisty 4.381 km circuit is dominated by medium- and low-speed corners, making aerodynamic downforce the single biggest performance factor.
