Lance Stroll expects to experience a challenging weekend at the Monaco Grand Prix. The Aston Martin driver is not only talking about his team's performance then, but also in another area he sees that the level of difficulty is high.

Indeed, since the introduction of the new regulations, the drivers have to deal with 18-inch tires, making them a lot bigger than in previous seasons. It means that the drivers have to take to the track with less visibility, which may just provide a challenge in Monaco.

"The visibility is definitely worse," Stroll let it be known during an interview with the French AutoHebdo. "That's one of the things you have to adapt to. It will be a big challenge compared to previous years. It's something we really started to get used to in the first few races of the season."

Aston Martin experiences tough season

Aston Martin is hoping to go for the points again soon in Monaco. The racing team only managed a place in the top ten of the final standings in Imola (five points) and Miami (one point), which puts it in ninth place in the world championship. In Barcelona, Aston Martin appeared with a car that looks suspiciously like Red Bull's version. Helmut Marko therefore wants clarification quickly.
