Formula 1 leaves Europe and heads to Asia for the Singapore Grand Prix, the first race of the 'flyaway leg' of the 2019 season as we head into the final stretch.

Lewis Hamilton arrives in Singapore with a comfortable 63-point lead over Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas, and the Silver Arrows have been tipped as pre-race favourites after back-to-back defeats to Ferrari at Spa and Monza.

The tight and twisty Marina Bay Street Circuit should also play into the hands of Red Bull's RB15 package, with the Milton Keynes squad aiming for its third victory of the campaign as it looks to end the season on a high following an aggressive chassis and engine development push.

Having claimed its first two victories of the year, Ferrari is braced for a more difficult weekend under the lights around a circuit mainly made up of slow speed corners, an area that has proved a weakness for the Scuderia's complex SF90 package. Ferrari has brought a revised aerodynamic package this weekend in the hope of boosting its performance.

More pieces of the 2020 driver market jigsaw have fallen into place, with Haas confirming it has retained Romain Grosjean alongside Kevin Magnussen for a fourth consecutive season, while Robert Kubica has announced he will leave Williams at the end of 2019.

The opening 90-minute practice session gets underway at 1630, before second practice begins at 2030 (all times local).
