Racing Point will be hoping for a more successful second half of the season. Having taken over from Force India, the team are in their first year in Formula 1 and have neither impressed or disappointed with their results. Both drivers Sergio Perez and Lance Stroll will be hoping to get more points in the second half of the season and climb up the championship in seasons to come.

Racing Point 6/10

Racing Point are currently 8th in the constructor's championship and will be hoping to challenge Alfa Romeo who are only 1 championship point ahead of them in 7th. The British team have had a mediocre season and will hope to build on this over the next few years. They would have hoped to have had more points finishes but considering their circumstances they can be happy with what they have achieved.

Sergio Perez 5/10

The Mexican racer has not performed how he would have hoped to this season. For the first time, Perez has been outclassed by his teammate and is currently 16th in the driver's championship with 13 points.

Perez is the more experienced Racing point driver and will hope to pick things up in the second half of the season.

Lance Stroll 6/10

The Canadian driver has struggled in qualifying so far this season and didn't make it out of Q1 multiple times. However, during races Stroll has made up for this and has made a habit of snatching a few points here and there. He is sitting 12th in the driver's standings with 18 points.

His result at the German Grand Prix was most impressive, finishing 4th, proving himself as a top driver with the ability to handle the rain.

Much like his teammate, he will hope things pick up after the summer break.
