F1 fans tricked by fake Kubica Twitter account
Several Formula 1 fans have been duped by a fake Robert Kubica account on Twitter, as the account teased a Williams-return for the Pole with a picture of the Williams FW41 with the caption "Soon..."
Kubica is reported to be making his decision regarding 2019 very soon, with reports of Auto Motor und Sport in Germany even stating that the Pole is 90% sure to be suiting up for the Grove-based outfit next season, as they have made him an offer to drive for them. The only reason Kubica is still not sure about taking the offer is because Ferrari have also offered the Pole a drive at their team as a test driver.
Soon...

Someone who was caught out by the fake tweet was 1996 F1 champion Damon Hill. He quickly erased his tweet and issued an apology for any fans that would've gotten their hopes up.
This is obviously Polish for ‘Its a fake account’ Apologies if I excited Poland. #f1 https://t.co/ETbRMDtPVx

Despite this Tweet being fake, though, Kubica is expected to be announced as Williams' new 2019 driver next to George Russell. The announcement should come later this week.
