Toto Wolff claims that no experienced drivers will be racing in F1 within two seasons. It's likely that two of his junior drivers, Esteban Ocon and George Russell will miss out on seats next season. This claim goes alongside his idea of introducing a third car for each team.

"The drivers' market will look completely different next year around the summer break. Not only for us, but also for the other teams. And in two years' time, the experienced drivers will have disappeared so that new talent will find their way to Formula 1," Wolff told Motorsport magazine.

"For Esteban, doors will open next year, but some will close. We will do our best to find a place for him. This does not alter the fact that his situation is extremely complicated. Much more complex, for example, than George Russell, who is still working in Formula 2."

Pascal Wehrlein departed Mercedes last week opening up the opportunity to go to more teams. This includes a possible move to Toro Rosso.

Kimi Raikkonen's return to Sauber has potentially blocked a move for Antonio Giovinazzi. The likes of Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel and Daniel Ricciardo will all be well into their 30's by 2021.
