Leclerc set for home race debut on Sunday in Monaco
Charles Leclerc will race in his home Grand Prix on Sunday in the streets of Monaco. He suggests it will be the most special weekend of his “entire career” as he gets ready!
Leclerc tweeted this afternoon demonstrating he is proud to be representing Monaco on the grid. It’s the first time since 1994 that Monte Carlo will experience a home driver.
The last to do so was Olivier Beretta who finished in 8th whilst driving a Larrousse-Ford.
The most special week-end for me this year and probably of my entire career. First ever home GP in @F1. Very proud to be bringing back the Monaco's colour on an F1 grid after 24 years.
