The new Formula 1 season is ready and waiting to burst into life with the start of the Australian Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne on Friday with the start of official on-track running in practice.

Following two weeks' worth of pre-season testing in Barcelona, the teams have enjoyed a week digesting and analysing all of their findings to prepare as best possible for Australia.

The likes of Force India, Renault and McLaren have promised sizeable update packages, while the 'big three' of Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull will all be expecting to be fighting it out for victory once again at Albert Park.
