Hamlton to join in with post-race celebrations to say goodbye to Mercedes

The season finale Abu Dhabi Grand Prix marks the end of what has been another fantastic season in the world of Formula 1. But today, it's not just the end of the F1 season, it will also see departing drivers from teams, with one of them being Lewis Hamilton leaving Mercedes for Ferrari in 2025. One of the most successful drivers and team partnerships will be no more after Sunday's Grand Prix, and after the race, the Brit will be a part of the post-race celebrations to mark the occasion.
