Marko welcomes Cadillac into F1, but critical about extra team on the grid
The Cadillac Formula 1 Team will join the grid from the 2026 season. It will be the first time a new team has joined for a decade. Helmut Marko believes the addition of the American team and brand is an "asset" for the sport. Their director of the board is with generational rival Mario Andretti. However, the Red Bull Racing adviser is also critical of the fact that revenue will now need to be shared with an extra team.
