Suzuka Crash FIA Accident Panel: Bianchi did not slow sufficiently
The FIA-appointed Accident Panel investigating Jules Bianchi's death during the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix, concluded that the 25-year-old Frenchman was to blame for the accident at Suzuka on an awful Sunday for Formula 1.
