Verstappen puts rumors to rest: No move to Mercedes for 2025

Evere since a management crisis erupted at Red Bull, just ahead of the start of the 2024 F1 season, Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff has been vocal about his admiration for Verstappen. Wolff has repeatedly openly positioned Verstappen as the ideal candidate to fill Lewis Hamilton soon-to-be-vacated seat at Mercedes, a desire further echoed this week by Mercedes CEO Ola Kallenius, who publicly stated that Verstappen "would look good in silver."
