Formula One's Grove-based outfit, Williams Racing have promoted Adam Kenyon to head of aerodynamics, a position that had been vacant for more than a year. F1.com has learned that Williams has made a key change to its structure in recent weeks. Since James Vowles joined the British outfit as Team Principal, Williams has made several key tweaks to its organisation as it bids to improve its competitiveness.
