Tsunoda details extensive damage from Perez contact
Article To news overview © XPBimages Yuki Tsunoda has revealed the damage Sergio Perez did to his AlphaTauri in their first lap collision at the Singapore Grand Prix. Starting 15th and 13th, respectively, Perez tried a move up the inside of Tsunoda at Turn 5, but misjudged and clattered into the right-hand side of the AT04. Tsunoda managed to struggle on until pulling off at Turn 14 and to retire, meaning he has not completed a racing lap in the past two races after the car failed on the formation lap at the Italian Grand Prix.
