Horner on Mercedes: 'They have definitely made a step up'

Christian Horner has nothing to complain about when it comes to the 2023 Formula 1 world championship. Speaking to GPblog and others, the Red Bull team boss said that it is mainly behind Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez that it is shifting points.
