Ferrari poaches more Red Bull employees to convince Charles Leclerc to stay

Ferrari have been on a mission to get back to winning ways after a tough couple of series in Formula 1’s new era of regulations. While there was a chance for the team to challenge for the title in 2022, the championship hopes were thrown away by poor strategy calls and reliability challenges. In 2023, Ferrari haven’t been close to taking on the dominant Red Bull duo of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez who lead the Drivers’ Standings. With a 100% win record this season, Red Bull is far ahead of their rivals in the Constructors’ battle, while Ferrari is stuck in P4 after a series of DNFs and pointless results.
