Ferrari's hopes of challenging for the championship appear to have already switched to 2024, with the Italians working tirelessly to ensure that they have the right personnel in place well ahead of next season. Team principal Frederic Vasseur is beginning to fit the pieces in his personnel puzzle, following the reported arrival of two Red Bull employees.
