Stroll on Monaco GP disappointment: 'Don't know whether to laugh or cry'

After a poor qualifying, the Canadian was running outside the top ten and was hampered by contact with Red Bull's Sergio Perez, who began to get frustrated at the rear of the field. When the rain hit around Lap 50, Stroll managed to pit for Intermediates as the track conditions worsened before stopping on Lap 53 with problems.
