New speed limits at double yellow flags in Monaco

To ensure safety in Formula 1 on the track, the FIA is introducing stricter speed restrictions. This is done under a safety car or virtual safety car in parts of the track where double yellow flags are displayed. This measure is taken after investigation and evaluation of previous incidents and consultation with Formula 1 teams and drivers.
