Max Verstappen says Red Bull needs to ensure it gives both of its drivers the chance to fight for the championship without reliability issues after his recent concerns in Saudi Arabia. Sergio Perez took pole position and won in Jeddah after Verstappen had been unable to set a time in the second part of qualifying and started from 15th place. The Dutchman recovered to second but couldn’t catch his teammate, and while he’s hoping Red Bull enjoys the current advantage over the field deep into the season he’s wary of how reliability could hurt the chances of either himself or Perez.
