Christian Horner gives honest explanation for Andretti-Cadillac opposition

Andretti Global have been building a project to join the Formula 1 grid for a number of years but have so far been unsuccessful in their plan. F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali has been very clear that Formula 1 currently do not have any plans to expand the current grid but president of the FIA Mohammed Ben Sulayem appears to have other ideas. The 61-year-old has taken to Twitter to welcome the advances of the Andretti project after they partnered with Global Motors to form Andretti-Cadillac. The addition of a 11th team to the grid has got a mixed reception so far, with many of the existing teams opposing to the idea of expanding the grid.
