Grosjean returns to WEC with Lamborghini

Romain Grosjean will become a factory driver for Lamborghini from next year, reports Marca. The Italian brand has brought in the former F1 driver as the car's developer for the FIA World Endurance Championship. Article continues under ad After leaving Formula 1 at the end of 2020, Grosjean made the move to IndyCar, where he currently drives for Andretti Racing. Next year, he will still drive for Andretti in IndyCar competition, but in addition, he will thus do development work for Lamborghini. The plan is for him to help design Lamborghini cars for the WEC and IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar championships in 2023, so that he can actually race for Lamborghini in 2024.
