Toto Wolff wants Mercedes to take advantage of Red Bull penalty

Red Bull will certainly be wounded in 2023, with the team set to receive significantly less aerodynamic testing time than the rest of the grid. Under the current regulations, the amount of time which a team is permitted to spend using a wind tunnel over the course of the season is scaled down based on finishing positions in the constructors’ championship. This means that for 2023, Williams are set to receive the most testing time, while Red Bull are in line for the least, with those teams sat at each end of the final championship standings.
