Williams announce Logan Sargeant as F1 2023 racer

Williams have officially confirmed that Logan Sargeant will compete for the Grove-based outfit in the 2023 F1 season, completing their driver line-up alongside Thai driver Alexander Albon. Williams Team Principal Jost Capito indicated earlier that Logan Sargeant is in the run for a race seat with the British outfir for 2023, although it depended on whether the American could secure the minimum of 40 points on his F1 super licence. The Florida-born driver secured fourth in the F2 standings following the Abu Dhabi season finale, which means that he is allowed to race for Williams in 2023.
