FP3 Report: Leclerc on top in wet session, ahead of Verstappen and Sainz

Charles Leclerc topped the timesheets in a wet and heavily delayed FP3 in Singapore, half a second ahead of championship leader Max Verstappen and teammate Carlos Sainz. The session started with everybody talking about Christian Horner's staunch defence of his Red Bull Racing team amid the rumours surrounding their supposed budget cap breach, and we all got plenty of time to talk about it more with a 30 minute delay.
