Horner on Verstappen: The only thing that's changed is his age

Verstappen was the youngest F1 debutant in history when he joined Toro Rosso for 2015, and impressed enough to be promoted to Red Bull after four races of the 2016 season, famously winning his debut race for the Milton Keynes squad at the Spanish Grand Prix.
