Footage of F1 driver vote surfaces
Grand Prix Drivers’ Association (GPDA) chairman, Alex Wurz, posted a video of the drivers voting on who should replace Sebastian Vettel in the union. Vettel and Mercedes driver George Russell are currently the two directors of the association after the young Briton took over from the departing Romain Grosjean at the end of 2020. Vettel became one of the directors in 2010 during his first title winning season with Red Bull, and the German has always cared about the welfare of his fellow drivers, as well as key issues within the sport and the wider world.
