Hamilton confident: 'Would have had chance of win without DRS issue'

Lewis Hamilton finished second for the second week running as Mercedes' recovery continues. Hamilton had to watch his younger teammate George Russell claim pole position yesterday as the seven-time World Champion had DRS issues.
