Red Bull rule out Hungarian GP grid penalties for Verstappen

The reigning World Champion will start the race from tenth place after failing to set a competitive lap time in the final part of qualifying. Having made an error in his first Q3 run, Verstappen's final qualifying lap was thwarted by a power loss issue, prematurely ending his challenge for pole position. This led to fears that the Dutchman could incur a grid penalty if the issue resulted in new power unit components.
