Piquet reportedly facing life-time ban from paddock

Triple F1 World Champion Nelson Piquet is reportedly facing a life-time ban from the F1 paddock after racially abusing Lewis Hamilton. Earlier this week a video emerged of the Brazilian using a racial slur during an interview he gave towards the end of the 2021 Formula 1 season. Speaking to Motorsport Talk's Ricardo Oliveira, Piquet gave his thoughts on the clash between Hamilton and Max Verstappen that took place at the British Grand Prix, saying: 'The [racial slur] put the car in and left it, because there was no way to get past two cars at that corner.
